Welcome Stephanie!!

The newest AVON representative is available in Winchester Virginia. She has taken her first step by starting her own AVON business, and her positive and excited attitude are sure to move her right along.

Times are tough for everyone, and money is tight. I know this very well but still I think that if you have the self motivation and drive, that $10 is NOT a lot of money to spend to start your own business. Many will blow through $10 quickly on a variety of wasteful items, yet this could be the best $10 you'll spend. It can very well change your life. That is a bold statement yes, and it DOES require you to put forth the effort. You have to work the business to make it work for you, and the working you'll do is very enjoyable! I will admit I could do much more to work my business yet it has benefited my family so much, being a single income family would be so much harder without Avon. I have been able to buy the groceries we need when my husbands overtime was cut and we had bills that needed to be paid NOW. My husband and I have been able to maintain the occasional date night dinner out using the income from my AVON business that otherwise would not happen. The random bill that pops up unexpectedly has also been saved using my income.

With AVON there is a motto that I take very seriously when it comes to those I help get started, You're in business FOR yourself not by yourself. I have seen and heard the stories of people who sign up for a direct sales business and then are left on their own by their mentor. It's such a shame really, these people usually don't have the resources or the knowledge of where to find the resources and are quick to drop the ball. Stephanie and I recently had a discussion where she referred to herself as my baby bird. Quite an interesting choice of words, almost entirely accurate as well. In one sense yes, I will teach her to 'fly' on her own and feed her all the knowledge I can. On the other hand I will not one day kick her from the nest and tell her to fly on her own.

I thoroughly enjoy helping people start their adventure on the direct sales path, and would love to help more along.
